What
readers say about Beaten By The Shtick:
An intriguing read. Your dialogue is great and the short sharp
sentences make this a punchy and exciting read. Penned in a believable and readable narrative voice this is a must read
novel. Mel
Jack, I appreciate the variety in your writing; you skillfully
setup of the first chapter. The snappy dialogue and carefully selected words--the imagery is vivid and the book as a whole
is very well constructed Best wishes Scott
Hi Jack. I just wanted to say that I dipped into your booke

Brendan
This is an interesting story.. You have good characters in
both Alexandra and Johnny. Your inside knowledge on how radio works shows through on every page. Makes this a good read.
Burgio
The dialogue is excellent and you paint a vivid and deft picture
of your characters, which is the most important thing for any book.
Best, lynn
It's the names. I
finally caught on half way through the book. You are a master at your craft.
Rick
The sex in the book was rather raunchy. If that Knight was real, I would have to cut his dick off.He was really
an ass.It was interestingto read
some about the inner workings of a radio station.
That was a slick ending.I
never thought it would have ended that way.You must have a devious mind.

If a tree falls in the forest and there is no one around to hear it, does it still make a sound?
If a politician speaks, they're lying.
You're dead longer than you're alive.
There's a lot of sadness in the world.
When the commercials are louder than the program I'm watching on TV, I simply mute the whole set of commercials.

Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers.
Did
Peter Piper pick a peck of pickled peppers?
If Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers,
Where's the peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked?

She sells seashells by the seashore.
The shells she sells are surely seashells.
So if she sells shells on the seashore,
I'm sure she sells seashore shells.

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?
A woodchuck would chuck all of the wood that a
woodchuck could chuck, if a wood chuck could chuck, would chuck, wood.
